- Enroll 500 new farmers in certified supply networks
- Demonstrate digestate fertilizer results on trial plots
- Explain transparent pricing under Council standards

Achievements
638 new farmers enrolled, 27% above target, adding 85 TPD of certified manure supply to the regional cluster program.
