Annual intensive certification program covering gas safety, facility operations, and emergency response for operators from IWRREC-certified facilities worldwide.
Objectives
- Certify 120 plant operators under IWRREC-OC credential
- Conduct live emergency response simulations
- Roll out updated operator competency assessment framework

- Full-scale emergency evacuation drill completed in 4½ minutes
- Hands-on SCBA and gas detector certification stations
- Excellence awards for highest-performing certified facilities
Achievements
All 120 participants earned IWRREC-OC credentials; the updated digital competency tracking system is now live across all certified facilities.
